Field Operations
Operations Manager
Experienced₹15,000 per month
Run day-to-day field operations: vehicles, loading and consignments on the ground.
- Coordinate vehicle loading, dispatch and delivery in the field
- Keep consignments moving on schedule and resolve delays
- Work with branch and hub staff and with drivers
- Report daily status to the head office
Field Marketing
Marketing Executive
Experienced₹15,000 per month base
1% margin incentive on every company you bring in
Meet manufacturers and traders in person and bring in Express Cargo and PTL business.
- Visit companies and understand their freight lanes and volumes
- Present APS services and take quote requests to closing
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Share lead and visit updates with the sales team
Sales Support
Lead Follow-up Executive
Open to women candidates₹12,000 per month
Follow up every enquiry and lead until it becomes a quote or a booking.
- Call and message new leads from the website and field team
- Record each follow-up and the next step
- Pass interested clients to marketing and operations
- Keep the lead list up to date
Accounts
Accountant
Experienced₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Own billing and accounts for the freight business.
- Prepare GST invoices and consignment billing
- Maintain books and ledgers
- Follow up client payments and outstanding invoices
- Check proof of delivery against billing
Office
Data Entry Operator
Salary discussed at interview
Enter consignment, billing and client records accurately and on time.
- Enter consignment and LR details into the system
- Update client and billing records
- Check entries against documents
- Keep records tidy and complete
