Who we are

APS Translines is a road freight company with its head office at N.H. 4, P.B. Road, Sangli Cross, Shiroli Pulachi, Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416122. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Quote and contact requests: your name, company, work e-mail, phone number and the shipment details you choose to share.
• Client portal accounts: name, work e-mail, phone, company and role, plus the bookings, consignments and invoices of your company.
• Shipment records: consignor and consignee names, addresses, phone numbers and GSTINs needed to move and document freight.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie for the client portal and standard server logs. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to quote requests and set up business accounts.
• To book, move, track, deliver and invoice consignments, and to meet GST and E-Way Bill obligations.
• To send service notices about your shipments and account.

Public tracking shows only the status, route cities and timeline of a consignment. It never shows prices, names or contact details.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers in India (Mumbai region). Inside APS Translines, staff see the data needed for their branch and role, and client users only ever see their own company's records. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with parties needed to deliver a consignment, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for up to two years. Shipment, invoice and delivery records are kept for as long as tax and transport law requires.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. To make a request, write to our head office at the address below. We reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
