Information on this website describes our services in general. Rates, transit times and the terms of carriage for a consignment are those agreed with you in writing or shown on your lorry receipt and contract.

Shipment tracking

Tracking shows the latest status we have recorded. Estimated delivery times are estimates. Please do not use tracking numbers that are not yours.

Client portal

• Accounts are created by APS Translines for business clients. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Account owners are responsible for the people they add and the access they give them.
• Do not try to access other companies' data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

Our liability for goods in transit is governed by the Carriage by Road Act, 2007, your contract with us and the terms on the lorry receipt. We are not liable for losses caused by using or being unable to use this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
